Bend Conveyor

Turn the line without losing control of the product.

Bend Conveyor by Nutrimatics
Overview

A directional change built around the floor plan.

The Nutrimatics Bend Conveyor changes product direction through a controlled curve, with the radius, conveying surface, guides, and transfer points configured around the customer's layout and product.

When a production line has to turn, the conveyor should solve the layout problem without creating skew, jams, drops, or awkward manual handling.

Built around your line

Designed to preserve product flow through the curve.

Turn angle, inside radius, conveying surface, side guides, transfer geometry, and available space are selected around the product and the plant floor.

Speeds, heights, discharge position, guarding, and controls are matched to the connecting conveyors so the turn becomes part of the line instead of a problem point.

In motion

A controlled turn through limited space.

The bend demonstrates line routing without manual repositioning, while keeping product orientation and transfer geometry under control.

Key advantages

What the build solves

Layout-driven design

Turn angle, radius, conveyor footprint, and support points are built around the plant floor.

Product control through the curve

Surface, guides, and transfer geometry are selected around product stability and orientation.

Smooth integration

Speeds, heights, and discharge position can be matched to connecting conveyors.

Custom construction

Belt, modular belt, roller, chain, guarding, and controls are specified only around the confirmed build.

Radius and guides selected around the product.
Build proof

Radius and guides selected around the product.

The frame, conveying surface, and side guides are matched to the turn angle and product behavior required by the customer's layout.

What we need to shape the build

Turn geometry
Required turn angle, inside radius, available footprint, and support constraints.
Product behavior
Size, weight, stability, orientation, and sensitivity through the curve.
Line connection
Upstream and downstream conveyor height, speed, discharge position, and transfer needs.
Plant details
Side guides, accumulation, cleaning, guarding, controls, and access requirements.

Send the product, package, available space, target output, and upstream/downstream equipment. We will design the machine around the line.
