Bottle Inverter

Bottle preparation built to fit your filling line.

Bottle Inverter by Nutrimatics
Overview

A compact inline section built around your container.

The Nutrimatics Bottle Inverter handles the point in the line where empty containers need controlled preparation before filling. The machine uses a rotating, bottle-specific spiral lead screw. As the lead screw turns, it positively advances each bottle through the inversion path and returns it upright; the bottles are not pushed through by the bottles behind them.

Rather than forcing a standard inverter into the layout, the spiral path, guide rails, conveyor interfaces, preparation method, and discharge position are built around the customer's bottle, available space, and downstream filler.

Built around your line

Configured around the bottle and the filler.

The lead-screw profile, spiral geometry, guide rails, contact surfaces, bottle spacing, sensors, infeed height, discharge height, and controls are selected around the actual container and the equipment already running in the plant.

The result is a compact preparation machine that uses positive lead-screw motion to control the bottle through inversion, protects the container, and integrates cleanly without adding unnecessary conveyor length.

In motion

Lead-screw-driven inversion in a compact line section.

The video shows the customized rotating spiral lead screw positively advancing each bottle through inversion. Its profile is built around the container so the machine controls the motion without relying on pressure from the bottles behind it.

Key advantages

What the build solves

Custom bottle handling

The rotating lead screw, spiral guides, rails, contact surfaces, spacing, and transfer points are selected around the customer's bottle height, diameter, shape, finish, and stability.

Compact inline fit

The frame is sized to put bottle preparation where the line needs it without adding unnecessary conveyor length or floor disruption.

Preparation matched to the application

Air, rinse, drain, inversion, or other preparation details are configured around the product and confirmed process requirements.

Filler-ready integration

Infeed, discharge, sensors, guarding, and controls are coordinated with the filling line already in place.

Contact points selected around the container.
Access

Contact points selected around the container.

The build keeps bottle-contact areas and adjustment points visible and reachable, so the final machine can be matched to the customer's container shape and maintenance needs.

An inline footprint for existing filling lines.
Integration

An inline footprint for existing filling lines.

The inverter is treated as a line section, not an oversized island. Conveyor height, discharge position, sensors, and controls are matched to the filler and surrounding equipment.
