Case Erector
Form cases where your line needs them.

Case forming configured around your packing flow.
The Nutrimatics Case Erector turns flat corrugated blanks into open cases ready for packing, with the magazine, forming path, closure method, and discharge layout built around the customer's packaging line.
It removes manual case forming without forcing the line into a bulky fixed packaging cell. Each build is shaped around the case range, available end-of-line space, discharge direction, and the rhythm of the packing operation.
Built around the way cases move through your plant.
Some lines need a compact erector beside an operator. Others need direct integration with a case packer, sealer, labeler, or conveyor system. The machine layout changes around that workflow.
Blank loading, pickup, forming, closure, discharge height, and controls are matched to the customer's case formats and downstream equipment.

A compact forming cell for the plant floor.
The photo shows the kind of practical fabrication that matters at the end of the line: guarded motion, operator access, and a frame sized for the available floor space.
What the build solves
Case range configured to the project
Magazine, blank pickup, forming path, and discharge are built around the customer's corrugated formats.
Low-footprint packaging support
Designed to reduce manual forming without creating a large end-of-line bottleneck.
Closure method matched to preference
Tape or hot-melt sealing can be selected around plant standards and confirmed case requirements.
Downstream integration
Discharge height, direction, speed, safety, and controls can be matched to packers, sealers, labelers, or manual stations.

Discharge layout matched to the packing flow.
The erector can be oriented to feed manual packing, a case packer, a sealer, or a conveyor path without forcing the rest of the line to move around it.
