Case Packer
Case packing built around your product and pattern.

A packing cell shaped around the product, case, and footprint.
The fully automatic Nutrimatics Case Packer integrates case erecting, product distribution and arrangement, a case-loading arm, and top sealing in one end-of-line cell. It groups incoming product, forms and positions each case, loads the arranged product, and seals the top of the case in one connected process.
Case packing is rarely one-size-fits-all. Bottles, cartons, pouches, trays, jars, and mixed products each behave differently, and every plant has a different labor constraint, case count, and floor-space limit.
Designed for end-of-line automation.
The machine can be built as a compact standalone packer, part of a larger case-handling system, or a fully automatic integrated cell with case erecting, product distribution and arrangement, case loading, and top sealing.
Tooling, motion, recipes, sensors, guarding, and access are selected around how the product arrives, how it must be packed, and what the downstream line needs next.
Integrated case loading in a fully automatic cell.
This view shows formed cases moving through the cell as the integrated case-loading arm coordinates with the surrounding equipment. Case erecting, loading, and top sealing operate as one connected end-of-line process.
What the build solves
Fully automatic operation
Product handling, case erecting, loading, and top sealing are coordinated as one automatic end-of-line process.
Integrated product preparation
The product distributor and arranger control count, orientation, spacing, and presentation ahead of the loading cycle.
Integrated case handling
The case erector, case-loading arm, and top sealer are built into the cell around the required case format and pack pattern.
High-speed production
The system can operate at up to 400 pieces per minute, subject to the confirmed product and pack pattern.
Integrated product distribution and arrangement.
Incoming product is distributed, counted, and arranged for the loading cycle at production speed, keeping product presentation synchronized with the case erector and loader.
