Dispenser
Dispensing built around your product.

A hopper-fed dispensing module configured around product behavior.
The Nutrimatics Dispenser shown is one example of a custom dry-product build. Rice drops into a large top hopper, feeds into a rotating textured shaft, and is worked through the metering section before landing on the conveyor underneath.
The larger point is custom dispensing. Powders, grains, pieces, fragile product, sticky product, or unusual formats can all require different hopper shapes, shaft geometry, agitation, metering, discharge, and cleanup access. Nutrimatics builds the dispensing method around the product instead of forcing every application through one generic filler.
Sized around the hopper, metering shaft, and discharge point.
Nutrimatics can build a compact standalone dispenser, an inline dispensing module, or a custom dosing station integrated into a larger process.
The machine is shaped around product flow, hopper capacity, shaft texture, agitation, discharge width, conveyor height, cleanup access, and the desired level of automation.
Hopper-fed product handling above the conveyor.
The video shows the rice setup: product falls into the top hopper, moves through the textured shaft area, and drops onto the conveyor below. For a different product, that entire hopper, shaft, and discharge relationship can change.
What the build solves
Product-matched hopper and shaft
Hopper shape, shaft texture, rotation, agitation, and discharge geometry are selected around how the customer's product falls, bridges, breaks up, sticks, flows, or meters.
Custom dispensing method
The rice dispenser shown is only one build. Nutrimatics can design a different feeding, metering, or dispensing approach for the customer's product and process.
Discharge built to fit the next step
The outlet and conveyor interface are configured around where the product needs to land, how wide it should spread, and what equipment receives it.
Compact dosing footprint
Designed to add dispensing capability without requiring a full line rebuild.
Cleanup and service access
Hopper access, shaft access, removable guards, containment, and cleaning points are selected around the product and plant requirements.
Metering hardware selected around the product.
For rice and similar dry products, the shaft texture, rotation, containment, and discharge opening matter. For other products, Nutrimatics can change the hopper, shaft, agitation, metering method, or discharge style.
Product lands where the next step needs it.
The lower conveyor is part of the integration. Discharge height, spread, containment, and conveyor interface are matched to the customer's downstream process.
