The Nutrimatics Drag Conveyor uses a washable stainless-steel design to move bulk material through an enclosed path, with the route, housing, inlets, discharges, cleaning access, and drive setup built around the customer's material and plant layout.
A major advantage over traditional belt conveying is reduced carryback. On belt conveyors, product can stick to the belt at the discharge, travel around the end, and fall out underneath, which often means catch trays, cleanup, and wasted product. A drag conveyor carries material inside an enclosed housing to the discharge, helping keep product where it belongs.

The conveyor path can be configured around columns, equipment, elevations, access areas, and multiple pickup or discharge points.
Housing, flights, discharge geometry, clean-out access, speed, construction, and material-contact details are selected around the material being handled, including how much product tends to stick, smear, break, or carry past a discharge point.
Enclosed movement with less product carryback.
The video shows a contained transfer path that moves product to the discharge inside the housing, reducing the belt-style problem of product riding around the end and dropping underneath.
