Retractable Conveyor
Convey product, then clear the space.

A moving conveyor section built around an access problem.
The Nutrimatics Retractable Conveyor transfers product when the line needs it and moves out of the way when access, clearance, loading, or another operation is required.
The need may be a retracting-tail conveyor, an extendable conveyor, a shuttle section, or another moving transfer. The shared idea is the same: a fixed conveyor would block the workflow, so Nutrimatics builds a controlled moving section around it.
Motion selected around what the fixed conveyor cannot solve.
The moving section can create operator access, bridge a temporary gap, feed intermittent equipment, reach a loading point, or clear space for maintenance and traffic.
Stroke, extension, clearance, transfer style, sensors, interlocks, and controls are matched to the customer's process and safety requirements.

Motion built into a compact transfer section.
The frame and moving section show how conveyance can be added only where the process needs it, while preserving access around the line.
What the build solves
Space-saving motion
The conveyor moves only where and when the process needs it.
Built around the access problem
Stroke, extension, clearance, and transfer style are selected around the customer's workflow.
Interlocked line integration
Motion, run commands, sensors, and safety devices can be coordinated with the larger line.
Compact layout support
Helps fit conveyance into areas where a permanent fixed section would interfere with operations.

Designed to move clear of the workflow.
The conveyor is configured around the clearance, stroke, product transfer, and operator access the customer's line requires.
